 I LOVE the gym!

 It feels great to workout and actually know that I’m progressing towards a goal.

 Everything takes time and patience but it will so be worth it …

 Challenges are what makes us who we are.  :D

Good morning loves,

Sorry we haven’t blogged lately.

Today is homework, laundry, and crunch time at the gym…wooohoo

I didn’t get to work out in 2 days -_0 and I miss it!!!

For breakfast:

  • Organic cinnamon oatmeal- 140 calories
  • with starbucks blend morning coffee with silk milk

So far I was able to keep off the 5 lbs I lost !!!!!
