I realized that an important factor in weight loss is time- you have to have the time available to exercise and to track food, which I haven’t had a lot of lately. It’s getting close to finals, and there are tons of assignments, projects and quizzes piling up.
So for now, I’m not going to stress if I miss a day or two at the gym… I’m already stressed enough with all these other things going on in my life! I realized that I’m going to do the best I can, and when summer comes (in 3 weeks!) I’ll have lots of spare time to devote to the gym!
I’ll definitely keep my focus on eating healthy and if I can’t make time for the gym one day, I’ll make sure to find little ways to squeeze in exercise (example: park far away at the grocery store, take the stairs instead of the elevator, do some sit-ups before bed, etc.)
finally got to try golden raspberries at the farmer’s market today. i think they’re my favorite fruit now…
I hate being drunk because I ate like 5 meals in one sitting -_-
I wish I could just wake up and be skinny already.
I tried on shorts from urban the other day and I wasn’t happy.
I didn’t exercise in two days and I miss it.
Getting my life back on track today.
